IDK, there's a stat out there somewhere that shows the average NFL RB's performance starts to decline after something like 1,000 carries, but that doesn't seem to apply to Jackson. 2,000+ carries and he's never failed to gain 1,000yds with the exception of his rookie season ... and he's played through a laundry list of injuries. All in St. Louis, which says a lot about the guy's dedication. Put him on a team where they have to account for a couple decent WR's and a veteran TE, that's a winning combination.![]()
He almost retired this past season, here's hoping he hangs around with Tony Gonzalez & they both get 'short-timers' attitude. If I were a fantasy player, Jackson would be my RB pick for next year. ![]() |
