Need to see it to believe it but best of luck to Tebow. Sounds like a good guy to me!

Re: The NO TEBOW zone
They treated him horrible..... You wait until after the draft, to release him pretty much assuring he won't be in any uniform this season. Jets are horrible for that....

Playing devil's advocate here but we have had two starting QB's manage playoff wins. If Brees went down I would have no problem with him under the gun because he has actually won a playoff game. That kind of experience is hard to come by when you need it.

I agree Dude, this is never going to happen but if he sucks so bad how did he pull off all those victories and playoff game. You can say defense saved him but come on...he did enough to prove he can win games. It's not pretty but he can do it. He can manage a game.

If Tebow switched to tailback he would be the biggest double threat in NFL history. He just wants to be QB somewhere. If he switched to a position where he could start, he wouldn't have to worry about jumping teams. |

He's a good man, but I don't want him cuz he can't make the throws. If he wants to convert to a tight end or something, then fine.

Re: Rumor (I hope this is not true) Tebow will visit Saints
1. He was playing in the weakest division in the country at the time. It's possible a college team may have been able to beat a couple of them.
2. The defense would keep the game within a touchdown. 3. The offense would do nothing for fifty five minutes except wear out the other team's defense. 4. Tebow would then come out on the field and drive down against an exhausted defense for a touchdown that he would usually score himself and miraculously "win" the game. 5. Pittsburg, the vaunted yellow and black then comes to Denver for a playoff game. Half their defense was in the hospital including Polamalu who was pretty much 50% of their defense that year. Pittsburg, the vaunted yellow and black, if you remember backed into the playoffs that year by the grace of having won some games early in the season and some other teams having lost some games late in the season. 6. Now I don't know if you remember what it's like for a depleted, exhausted defense to limp into the playoffs, so think back to our 2010 season and how easy it was for the opposing team to score on long plays against them. 7. Now the litmus test: I'm not asking you to suffer through every %^$#@!! Broncos game that season which was almost as painful as watching reruns of a pro am golf game, but do watch carefully when Denver then had to pay a visit to the Patriots. They totally exposed the Broncos/Tebow for everything they/he weren't/wasn't. You can look at paper and see how he "won" and "managed" games, but I had to sit through each and every one of them. It was a family thing. My father-in-law, bless his soul had gone blind and I had to describe each and every awful play of those games to him. He is an amazing, tough, determined athlete who could greatly contribute to any team he belongs to. He seems like a nice guy, but he will never, ever be any kind of an even halfway decent quarterback regardless of who works with him until kingdom comes. |
