Right now we are waiting from the league on Brandon Bowner. Maybe next time Thurmond and Browner won't share each other's weed.

How long can you hold your breath? He may have to pull a Vilma and sue Herr Commish directly.

That is exactly what they are going to do. The league screwed up royally on this one and Browner would not take a settlement offer, we wants his suspension expunged.

Just let the teams decide the game is all I am saying. As far as the future goes, the Niners have scored one touchdown on us all year...
You mean like the call at the end of the Seahawks/Packers game?

Good luck with that, Roger is very vindictive

No offense intended but you guys get a little carried away with your drama... "expunged"? There is no expungement of a suspension.. lol

I will also add that an expungement is for a first time offender. The league hasn't damaged Browners career or reputation, Brandon browner did that to him self .. Twice.

Losing games is moot. A sentence for a crime can be vacated. Sherman wants his suspension vacated before he actually misses a game.

Expongement is something that comes after to completely remove a record or a name from a record, or to make it hidden. An expongement is to prevent something from counting against you again later and is a legal action..

This is the NFL brother... There are no legal proceedings going on. I suppose the next step is for the 12th man to petition SCOTUS?
