Referees want NFL to eliminate celebration penalties

No issue with celebrations.
The whole sport is a game,let them get on with it. Just get the play clock starting so if they take an age the coach will chew their ass out for a penalty

I like the clock idea, but they review every score, so not sure it would work.
enact the 8 second rule- do whatever you want for 8 seconds as long as it is not distasteful

I see no issue with the celebrations

In fact; I'd stop throwing flags for any one them. Except celebrations that would result in delays of the game; ex: Grahams yanking down the goalpost in Atlanta...
