Observations from yet another Saints early exit in the playoffs

At the elite level of football, you don't win turning over the ball that many times in a playoff game. This team made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs, something a lot of squads weren't able to do. We can only have one winner but losing sucks.

The playoffs are a different animal, I'm not even mad.

Agree with all this except the Jameis part; Tom Brady just took Jameis team into the playoffs and beat the Saints at home that had swept them during the regular season...

We've seen what Jameis is in this league for five-plus seasons...

Everyone, and I get it, is judging Taysom against Brees career; well, can we see Taysom over the course of a season?

Can we give the guy more than a handful of games to acclimate to the NFL?

Even Brees was benched a couple of times before he got clicking as a veteran free agent with the Saints...

To be really honest, I'd hoped we ride with Taysom this season, felt Drew just didn't have the stamina to play 16 and a tournament...

And if Taysom were awful, the resultant record would have put us in a better position to grab a franchise QB in the draft...
