What may have been.
It’s just unbelievable how we held together with all the injuries on this team. It shows how we’re built. MT to start it off, how did we get to 12 wins basically without him, Drew Brees 2 years in a row, then here comes the playoffs Josh Hill Kwon Alexander Taysom , P-Rob, Murray all factors of our game out. I’m leaning on blaming it on that . Not counting a TE cooks that was non exit-ant most of the year.

Yes Brees play dropped off but the pieces were there to address those problems.
Just wasn’t our year. Time to move on. This offseason will be a wild one. |

Good analogy Dude, to get to the Super Bowl a lot of factors have to fall in place.
Injuries always plays the biggest role, if Mahomes can't play for KC they are toast. For us Kwon was a back breaker plus the list of others. Taysom being out with his ability to confuse Defenses and keep pressure off Brees probably doomed us. |

We're not Humpty Dumpty! We are the New Orleans Saints! We aren't broken beyond repair. GEEZ! We have the best record over the last several years with a declining Drew leading the way. He is replaceable now. I see a couple of rough years ahead but don't break out the broom to clean house just yet
