Mike Mayock continues to be a garbage GM. The Gruden/Mayock era has been an abject disaster for the Raiders.

Wouldn't close that tab just yet, Brother; Khalil Mack's ego forced them to start a rebuild - Head Coach and QB have to be the leaders of the team...

This is a good anchor to protect Carr, who I think will be like Brees and experience a renaissance in the next couple of years...

Every first round pick they’ve made has been garbage. They had extra picks from trading Mack and they blew it with their usual garbage picks.

And that's where the inexperience for Mayock and rustiness for Gruden showed; look they stayed true to their board, took players with good attitudes, they just got outmaneuvered...

Really believe if Davis stays the course, they'll get it right in Vegas...
