I know our WRs aren't that great but I have a hard time ragging on them because we're asking these guys to be something they were never intended to be. Nobody expected Callaway to be a #1. Especially Callaway. And Harris is too small to be getting the reps he is. He's too valuable. I give up on Traquan.
Scouts have done a bad job here. If WR (Free Agency) isn't a priority this offseason & subsequent draft, I don't know what is. Can't expect the lower round guys (Lil Jordan H, Baker, Easton, Callaway) to provide legit help on Sundays. M Colston's of the world are rare breeds.

And I agree with Trequan. I'd let him walk in 2022. After 3+ seasons, I've seen enough.

Or not enough to be more precise...

17 - Kevin White (PS 2021)

Still hoping ... is he a 2021 version of Devery Henderson?

I re-watched the Titans game ... 1st pass was not where it needed to be. 2nd pass Trevor thrown it into triple coverage.

Keep throwing his way coach! At some point, he's gonna snag a big one right? Eagles, Bills, Cowboys are still ahead of us.

Would it hurt to bring him in for a tryout? Surely he can make a PAT.

Kevin White strikes me more of the Colston-type, Big Target in the slot, High-point on the edge type than a speedier Henderson type...

In so far as a reclamation project, White is as good as it gets for the Saints in investment, potential return...

How many "kickers" do the Saints bring in today for a tryout?

The Saints are working out WR Jalen McCleskey today per source.

Maybe Ty Montgomery's injury is season-ending? Or perhaps the Harris suspension is forthcoming.

You may remember Jalen was having a nice camp before the injury.

He'd definitely be better than Johnson

I'm not sure how much more patient CSP will be with Johnson.

Payton has stated the misses were for different reasons ...

(1) Johnson's first whiff was because Johnson foot hit the turf.
(2) Went wide left <--- after pulling it

Gotta get it fixed or he's gone next week. We are leaving points OFF the board.

I'm good from 15 yards and my phone isn't ringing.
