Right. Good news.
The Saints left tackle is injured again. Celebrate!

No can do amigo. Yes, I know you were being sarcastic bud. I am becoming more open to the idea of drafting Armsteads replacement. Oh, and I can't wait to terminate or trade Peat. When I say terminate I don't mean kill.

Ramczyk will replace Armstead at LT; per Ramczyk's contract language, there's incentives for Ramz at LT that suggests he should be LT before too long...

With other players' contracts coming due, can't commit more cap to Armstead; with regards to Peat, only way of cap relief is a post 6/1/2022 trade...

Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook

Smith, Lutz, Nick Vannett (would open up things for Trautman) are eligible to return. I'd love to have any of these guys back to help this team win games. Losing Armstead for 3-6 weeks will definitely hurt.

FWIW 90 - Tanoh Kpassagnon leads the teams with 2 sacks. He's played well thus far. Cam also had 6 pressures vs NE.

Hopefully, we get Davenport back latter part of the season.

Kpassagnon was by far this years best offseason signing.

Edit: Does Kpass mean the same thing as fast pass where you don't have to stop?

Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook

I remember when the Rams in their Greatest Show on Turf heyday did without a kicker for a while and it seemed to work out alright. This current Saints team is no GSoT but I'd like to see them open a roster spot for a TE or WR until Lutz gets back.

We definitely could use a healthy TEy right now; but if we're at elite at nearly every position except QB, what's the excuse then?...
