I really like Kyle Trask, and I'd love either Trask or Cox in the second round... Would also like to take a swipe at Stanford QB Davis Mills in the early third round... We get our QB or CB2 in R1, a OLB or QB or CB2 in R2 and then the remainder in early R3, maybe pickup an IOL with the other R3 pick - that'd be just swell... |

Think about it, at some point when you over use the free agency route, a team's cap will inevitably reach critical mass and you end up losing more players than you'd like... We had a healthy balance of Draft and Free Agency last in 2017 which was a single biggest jump in regular season success in years... In fact, maybe not popular, but we'd been better had Drew retired as was initially anticipated the previous season (with a Superbowl win)... And we'd taken our lumps this past season so we could jump up in a deep QB class this year - if Taysom or Other Kid is not our next guy... |

Really liked what I saw of Grant Haley in Week 17; Washington has the raw talent, so we'll see what Kris Richard can do; but damn, sure hope we can re-sign our DBs depth...
P.J. Williams (who I'd like to see if Richard can improve his trajectory), and even Ken Crawley; that would at least minimize need... |
