Trust factor.

Even if Ingram doesn't gain many yards, he'll give AK a must-needed blow from time to time & not wear him down + he's better than Ozigbo in pass protection.

Honestly, any move the Saints make to protect AK & the "wear and tear" ... count me in.

Let's see how he does over the next several weeks but the O-line needs to pick it up.

I just don't know Smash. Mike's "rehab" is just a mystery to me. The delayed surgery has really put the team in a bad spot offensively.

Even if he gets healthy, you have to wonder what kind of conditioning he is in.

Literally.

Mistakes are one thing, ignoring the teams calls and delaying surgery is another. There should be a voided amount of money worded into a contract for BS stunts like that.
