Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook

Comparing 2021 Stats of how our old CB2 is doing to our new CB2 through three (3) games:

Old CB2: 21 Tgt; 15 Rec; 150 ReYds; 1 ReTD; 2 PBU; 3 PEN/34 PENYds

New CB2: 24 Tgt; 14 Rec; 157 ReYds; 2 ReTD; 0 PBU; 3 Pen/30 PENYds

Now about that WRz position, can we just trade for Brandin Cooks now?

He’s a prestigious award from Italy.

Have never seen any interviews with Tre'Quan talking about the game, or his passion for the game...

2022 ... I'd let him walk.

Saints are long past due on drafting (rounds 1-3) another WR anyway.

Now this begs the question… Do we start Clapp at center and move Ruiz back to RG? After the Packers game Payton said Clapp would’ve taken over at center when McCoy went down if Clapp himself wasn’t injured at the time.

I’m all for giving it a try. Ruiz has been unexpectedly awful at center. Throckmorton hasn’t been a big liability at RG but he hasn’t been good.

If you're into the PFF thing, Throckmartin has actually been grading pretty high; plus, the false start call on him should have been encroachment vs the Panthers...

And while Peat and (Player to be named for Mr. Glass) haven't been getting push in the run game, the right side of Ramczyk and Throckmarting have been solid...
