Proven vet with speed that can separate & is familiar with this offense. Last time Kenny visited the dome, he burned us for a 40+ yard TD. He will take some pressure off Callaway. No brainer. |

Actually, there's a very good reason why it would have taken this long ... as a vested veteran the Saints would have been committed to covering his full season's salary if signed prior to week one. By waiting until after the week one game he is now game to game. They can cut him when Thomas or Smith return with no cap effect.
