Like blue cheese. Everything about it tells me to avoid it like the plague but it's good... every once in a while.

Growing up I didn't like the taste of swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, or rye bread. Now the Reuben sandwich is the most incredible sandwich ever created.
