Saints aren’t calling Brandin or his agent.

Coach Sean Payton has stated that WR is not a need (which is crazy to me) for the team, they like the group of guys they have in the building.

IMO relying on a 2nd year WR, Deonte and MIA 3quan isn’t good enough. Especially since #9 is no longer under center. Sure you’ll win a few games but if you want to make a serious push for post season, a trade for better talent must happen.

There is no definite time table on when you’ll see “can’t call Mike” in 2021.

No definite time table, but it has been reported as early as week three. Probably more like week five. And don't forget, we also have a very proven veteran in Chris Hogan in the house.

I think they like Calloway and Hogan.

MT will start the season on the PUP list so I doubt we see him until after our bye week. Plus, Ty Montgomery was carted off at practice today so it wouldn’t hurt to add somebody.

That will be the telltale. If they feel he can be back before six weeks they can activate him from the preseason PUP and place him on the IR once the season starts. They can then activate him anywhere after three weeks up until like two weeks later.
