Honestly this isn’t a bad idea. You send MT and get back CJ and a high pick or two. Save us roughly 17 million a year and get two future high picks

It's not happening. Next year? Who knows ...

As for CJ Henderson, the Jags will be lucky to get a 4th rounder for him. A lot of "potential" but hasn't shown the ability to stay healthy.

Not to mention he hasn't produced at the NFL level yet.

Relax people.... we'll pick up some discarded/cut players as we get closer to the beginning of the regular season. 31 teams cutting a lot of CBs.

I believe that we will pick up several players at multiple positions when the cuts come down.

We would be hard pressed to find much improvement from released players. Don't forget that the practice squads remain expanded just as last season so there are going to be fewer players available to choose from to fill any 53 man roster spots.

You can raid another team's practice squad; short of a team making a move to protect said player, they're no exclusive rights on those players...
