If Adam Gase can get TWO cracks (failed miserably both times) at HC, why can't Allen?
He's relatively young too. In the right system, he could succeed as Head Coach. |

Allen led the Oakland Raiders to back to back 4-12 seasons in his first two years only to be fired after starting 0-4 in his third season. Allen's name comes up every year but he never gets the call. Once again, not every great coordinator translates to a good head coach. I believe that's how he is view by those in the know. |

Especially considering the franchise he coached for. Not many coaches have had success with the raiders since Gruden left the first time.
