Can't blame the 9ers for putting full effort.
There's way too much bs over the last 6 years from the NFL hosing the Saints to not consider that the fix may have been in. Especially since the NFL was advertising the 9ers in the playoffs 2 days before the game. Media markets matter, and profits rely on ad revenues. Would you like to have the 6th largest media market in the playoffs or the 50th? No calls, bs calls, covid calls, tanking. 1 point is an anomaly, 2 points is a line, 3 points is a trend, but this many is potentially a criminal conspiracy. I may be frustrated, but I'm not blind. |

(I'm still salty over that no call DPI. Does it show?) |

They are not a physical team….never have been and that’s why the 49ers have a 6 game winning streak against them. Debo made the defense look super soft and their O-line is average at best in the running game and below average in pass blocking. We lost two games that we had no business losing and it cost us. We have a couple of areas to address on the offense and a few on defense this off-season. None the less, I’m proud of this team because through it all they kept fighting. No one expected us to even be in the playoff race at the start of the season or have a winning record. |

I'm sure Godhell finally got through to the refs calling that game saying the Saints don't deserve to be in the hunt and to make damn sure they weren't!

Re: So did L.A. throw the game?
When was the last time one of those scenarios EVER played out for the Saints benefit in which so and so team needs to win?
I havent seen or recalled as such for as far back as i can remember. |
