I saw a good point out on Saints Twitter. How (or why) are they hiring all of these offensive assistants without an OC hire yet?

Could they already have someone in mind?

That stuff will work for certain players and not at all for others. The good coaches figure out what works for each individual player and tailor their approach accordingly.

Agreed. But it's nice to know he has that passion and he's not afraid to keep a high profile rookie like Okudah grounded so he can be a better person, player...
