Still a lot available ... Jones, Landry, Fuller, Beasley, Hilton, Sanders, Cole, Watkins, Hurns, OBJ, Amendola, Goodwin, Humphries, Sanu, etc. |

Re: Saints sign S Sorensen
What else was there available and what did they end up getting from elsewhere? Did they want to go somewhere without state taxes? Did they want to go near family? There's so many factors that none us know what taking place during the free agent season.

Most teams are gonna field two no. 1’s this year, while we more than likely with roll out MT and the scrubs. And another thing is we don’t know if MT will be MT. He had the same injury as Jimmy and Jimmy wasn’t the same guy after the ankle injury/surgery |

In the NHL players pay taxes based on in which state they play games in, which means they pay a fixed tax rate for all of their home games, and a variable rate for all of their away games. It used to be a hot topic among the Canadien teams that they were unfairly competing with teams from states like Florida. Then someone did the calculations, and the earnings difference was actually very small between signing with a high tax state team and a low tax state team. |
