Yup. I remember watching Roy Williams end several seasons for players with that move. The penalty has evolved over the past couple of decades to become more inclusive. It is so easy to suffer a severe knee injury in that manner. I blew out a knee in almost the same way with a heavy weight on my shoulders and having my leg buckle under me when I fell back.

That was my signature rugby tackle but after a safety review by the rugby union we no longer allow that tackle either. It was definitely time to retire from rugby because I'm all about living dangerously.
