Which sport?
We talking NFL? NBA? MLB? NHL? Premier League? College? That might make a difference. |

Heck yes. I could root for them and not really mean it. No different from bluffing in poker. Deep down I’ll always hate the team even if I’m dishonest about my support. I’ve felt that way about more than a few people in my life.

Bosty we've already established that you're a high roller. You don't need the money. I'm sorry, but if someone offered me 10 million to cheer for the clowns...I'd do it. I got kids to feed!!!! Bahahahaha!

If my poker buddies heard me called a high roller they’d crack up!

Re: Jeff Nowak with the question of this offseason
Given we are far, far closer to the end of our lives than most here and my wife and I have both worked hard to get to the point where we can spend the rest of them enjoying our Saints and whatever other passions we enjoy, I can honestly say no. Not to mention we also finally scored our dream season tickets after a fifteen year wait on the list. Had it been forty years ago, it likely would have been another answer, but I believe I would have regretted it knowing what I know now.
