Nielsen is entering his sixth season with New Orleans, first as co-defensive coordinator.
 In his sixth season in charge of the team's defensive line, Ryan Nielsen also served as an assistant head coach in 2021 and in 2022 will add co-defensive coordinator duties. Nielsen has a history of developing players on the professional and college levels and brings abundant experience to the New Orleans defense. more here Attached Thumbnails

I remember being excited when we signed him. Being a Wolfpack fan I had followed his work at NC State. He had four linemen drafted in the same draft a few years back. That doesn't happen unless you really know what you are doing.

Our D-line should be even nastier than last year. We have new talent and Turner is no longer a rookie. He's had time to season.
