I guess technically we didnt trade up for Penning but basically we did because he was our second first round pick and we traded up to get two first round picks. I don’t think anyone is excusing him IF the accusations are true. Question is what does the organization do about it now outside of let the legal and league process play out. If he’s on the team and playing, then you want him to play well, don’t you?
