Brady and Winston both sucked. Neither could score. Both were overmatched bu the opposing defense but playing it safe. Then the refs dragged Brady into the endzone kicking and screaming like they were Giselle, the endzone was shopping and dinner with the family, and it was Wednesday. This forced Winston to take bigger risks against the same defense that **** down Dak, and Winston fell apart. If the refs had gave the Saints a big lead, maybe Brady would have been the one throwing the INTs. But Roger’s money wasnt on the Saints winning.

Apparently this subguy posted something earlier in this thread and called me a "dumb ****er" with a man crush on Winston and Thomas. I have a man crush on every player that wears the fleur de lis and the black and gold uniform of the Saints. It called being a devoted fan for over 55 years. Live with it.

I just really hate Jabo ended up throwing those interceptions. I could see his body language after the first one. He knew what was coming. He knew all he was gonna hear was 30 for 30 and it got out of hand. I just feel really bad for him. I’m avoiding ESPN and sports shows because I know they’re gonna drill him and the Saints all week. It’s unfortunate. We shot ourselves in the foot with the fumble. That was likely a TD drive. The refs always **** is. That’s to be expected. I hope we can bounce back this week.

Not even the great Michael Thomas (prima donna) could pull this one out. Turning point for the game for the Bucs was this Saints team taking the field at kickoff.

It's hard to tell where the pressure comes from while watching the game in person from the stadium. Usually on a passing play I'm watching the receivers and don't catch the rush. They usually show one replay from behind the QB on the big boards to show any sack. It looked to me as if the sacks were all coming from the outside. The shots are always too tight to see much outside the guards' outer shoulders.

Can anyone verify this? I haven't had a chance to see any highlights or anything. We left the Dome at 3:15 and didn't get home until almost midnight.

I heard fellow fans mentioning Jameis and "four broken bones". I've been out of the news loop and haven't yet got any info on that.

The Dome was the most packed I have seen it since the last playoff game. Bucs fans really bought up tickets.

Post Mortem Monday takeaways:

The Downers
1) Ingram is now a liability. That makes 2 RZ fumbles lost in as many weeks. He would be benched on any team if he wasn't a Vet RB.
2) Passes were force fed to Olave for some reason. His 13 targets (ignore that fumble lost) was just one shy of Landry and Thomas's targets combined! Were they not getting open?
3) Offensive play calling. Got away from the running game when they were being gashed by our RB's and got pass happy for no good reason. We paid dearly for it. Most (not all) on JW.
4) Teams now know they can goad Lattimore into stupid ish with very little effort. Although Fournette should've been ejected for throwing that first shot, it's rarely the guy who starts it who gets flagged. He needs to get his feelings in check and focus on winning the game and not the fight!
5) Ghost penalties to sustain a scoring drive? We're no stranger to the GOAT getting coddled, but that turned my stomach.

The Uppers
1) That Defense looks rock solid. They had TB12 talking to himself on the sidelines for most of the game and that's always a good thing. Especially thrilled to see their RB's struggle on 3rd down after last week.
2) I don't even worry about FG's when Lutz is out there. Missed having him as a scoring option in the arsenal.
3) The O line pretty much stuffed Vita Vea for most of the game. I'll get some that disagree with me, but for a few breakdowns in scheme, JW had a pocket that he could have used if he stepped up quicker and got rid of the ball.
4) The Deep Ball is an option we haven't had in a while.
5) Lastly, it's only Week 2 and the problems I see can be fixed with coaching. No need to stand on the ledge.... yet.

The air came out of the dome on that fumble. The crowd was as loud as it has been in a couple of years. It was a collective "here we go again", when Ingram coughed that one up. The whole atmosphere changed after that.

This is exactly how I feel. Losing the game isn’t what’s causing this pain in my stomach. It’s getting into a dog fight on the field, then losing the game. It’s hearing Mike Evans talk S$$$ in the locker room interview. I watched one minute of ESPN after the game and hearing them talk S$$$ was enough.
I just hope we don’t turn our backs on Jameis so quickly.
