However, it is time for a change in leadership and getting a fresh face in here would do wonders.
Case in point Rugby…McCarthy was 2-7 going into the bye week is first Season in Dallas. He went on to a 6-10 record. This was after two losing seasons in GB. Dallas didn’t fire him quickly.

Yup. And where is McCarthy now? Sitting with one of the better records in the entire league.
