Observations from the Saints' Loss to the Ravens

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Even Guido can't pump sunshine into this one. Looking at how our division is doing in general, the NFC South has become the old NFC East. We're all in a rough place both short and long term....

The league, refs and other teams will do us no favors. They will directly or indirectly try to get Divorce Boy and the Bucs to finish first in the South. We're going to have to do a lot of heavy lifting and split with the Bucs to have any shot.

Excuse me for trying to stay positive at times. This was a game no one had us winning.

Re: Observations from the Saints' Loss to the Ravens

Some positives (sunshine) from Monday Night ...

- Chris Olave continues to shine. He'd be great with a QB that could actually throw downfield.

- Alontae Taylor once again looked great in coverage.

- Marcus Maye looked to have a very solid game while leading the team in tackles.

- Kaden Ellis filled in pretty well for Werner after he went down.

- Ruiz continues to look like a real NFL lineman which was fully demonstrated when moved to center after McCoy went down 18 plays into the game. His replacement at guard, Throckmorton, was an open gate.
