Yes, the refs were definitely a factor in this game. They always are... and the teams knows that and should be better to be able to overcome that and much more as the undergoes its ebb and flows.

At the end of the day, the Saints are what they are, and their record speaks for itself. Still incredibly, they are not out contention, although they should be, for the NFC South lead. The fat lady is in all likelihood gargling to get ready.

How many draft picks are we getting for SP already?
Does anybody really want them to be in contention anymore? I don't. I love this team, but they aren't good this year. They clearly need a new coach and a few more pieces. If they were to somehow win the South and get in the playoffs, that would give Mickey an excuse to delay what absolutely needs to be done.
