Looking ahead to the next opponent after the bye week is Atlanta.

I see they have named the rookie Desmond Ridder as their starter @ QB.

Is 16-3 the new 28-3?

Same but different. Or maybe not....
After the game, Mayfield said that he couldn't believe that with that much field to cover in 15 secs, that the defense was in Man coverage and not Zone....

hmmm.

Any practice squad RB gets that first down. You see players all the time for other teams not only make that play, but then slide down instead of going out of bounds. Just dumb.
Taysome only works when we are overtly dominant in the run game or the offense is clicking. He isn't "The offense" he's a nice compliment to what the offense does He doesn't fool anybody anymore everyone and their mother knows what's going on when he's in the game. Think ywe going run with Taysom every play to SB ?

Hell I stopped following it in the 4th with time winding down and a 16-3 lead so I could get my son to bed. Checked it a bit later and saw we blew it and lost. I just started laughing.

How pathetic.
I see he has plenty of you fooled too makes sense for the passes he's been giving in here it's Cowboys chose cooper rush over him. Bears chose Justin fields over him.

Dalton is very similar to what Jim Everett was when he played for the Saints. Puts up decent numbers but not wins. Jim Everett was the king of garbage yards, Dalton isn't too far behind him... lol

Did Sean Payton rip out the page of the iPad that had screenplays? WTSeriousF!!!

Dalton did really well with the exception of taking that sack instead of throwing it away (again).

Pete Carmichael has to go because he's either incapable of being "Sean Payton-like" or he is afraid of being called "Sean Payton-like". The 3rd down with Hill and Merritt being the only route runners should have gotten him a pink slip right on the spot. Let alone the 3rd and 1 and with Calloway being the "go-to" guy for the slant route. Personnel groupings for each play is utterly nonsensical.

And DA should focus on Defense Coordinator, he's phenomenal.

But overall "Leadership Skills" for the team right now can best be described with one word, FECKLESS.
Thank you some the guys will sit in here and make injuries an excuse for DA bot not for the players on the field? The Saints interior Oline has been trash for every since Kelemete walked. Whatever he doing now is irrelevant when he was here we moved bodies. Can't run the ball inside we don't run the ball outside. MI had a 7 yard "run" that boosted his output that was a backwards pass behind the LOS other than that the run game was the same. Some these guys really believe numbers tell it all and it doesn't. AK shouldn't be starting anymore? Please go take a seat in the dumpster and take those stupid @$$ takes with you.

Re: Observations from the Saints last second loss to Bucs

I understand poor football from the Saints leaves us with a constant bad taste in our mouth. Let's not let that taste be spread in the forum with RIDICULOUS non-sensical takes. Freedom of speech toy can say what you want I totally agree but somethings have ZERO sense to it. I'm with blowing the team up it has to start with a New GM then New HC and let them weed out who's worth or not worth a roster spot. Saying trade players for a couple bad games that are once in lifetime players not easily replaced with alot of value left is weird because CJGJ had plenty mishaps and alot fans of the team was butt hurt when he got traded be careful what you wish for. Saints are so spoiled its disgusting at times.
