Im willing to concede that Allen is not a good future HC. I wouldn't mind if we moved on.

Two organizations thought he was good enough however. I think it wise to evaluate why they both thought he was and to look at what went wrong and what was within his control.

You apparently can't accept you could be wrong and have made up your mind.
