Re: Cards, Texans permitted to interview Sean Payton
Perhaps he sees more than we think we see from afar. But, we are all experts in NFL management, so there's that.

Re: Cards, Texans permitted to interview Sean Payton
I wish! But, nobody is going to give two first rounders. That would be beyond foolish. If you ran a franchise would you fork over your next two first rounders plus others for Payton instead of just signing some other head coach for draft compensation? Saints fans would freak out if the shoe was on the other foot.

Would you happily trade two 1sts and other picks for a coach? Honestly. Oh, and I'm not freaking out either way. LOL! |

So, you are actually expecting a team to give us at least two 1st rounders then, right? Yes or no? |

Re: Cards, Texans permitted to interview Sean Payton
Uhhhh, yeah, that's Lommy"s asking price. And I'm glad he's asking it. I hope he don't drop it next season either. It just goes to show what those 2fers do to a team. Payton bailed and if I was Loomy I wouldn't budge. And as far as the 2 for 1 deal goes I'll simplify things for you: If i had 2 dollars and the asking price for a coach or player was $2 asking price and I decide to pay it for either I'm out $2 either way. Simple math. Same rules apply to picks or money. And the only team that can afford Lommy"s asking price is Houston. Also goes to show how much power Payton really has.
