Spotrac Saints

Spotrac has the Top 51 total at $561,195 under the cap with Winston's rewritten deal yet to be applied. They do have the Jordan, Lattimore, and Kamara restructures applied as of yesterday.

According to Adam Schefter with ESPN, the Bills are set to sign a two-year deal with New Orleans Saints wide receiver Deonte Harty.

I'd maybe take "all-pro" with a pinch of salt.

At times, he's a very good returner and has great speed. But all Pro? Nah.

LOL! Harty was named all-pro as a punt returner in 2019. It's funny how they labeled him as an all-pro WR.
