No, the joke is people like you still believe in him. He is costing us roughly 20 million to dress in street clothes.

He's not costing you or I anything. You act like it's his fault. It is more the fault of the team than anything. The rest is just dumb luck. Payton shouldn't have had him in the game he first got injured. The team shouldn't have forced him to play through the injury by shooting him up.

I believe in him because he is still a fricking stud. He can still dominate. He proved that last season. If you truly wanted what was best for the Saints you would want him out their on the field instead of wasting your time and energy hating on him.

But, you know what they say ...

You say it’s not his fault. I say he has no heart.
Let’s agree to disagree

I'll be sittin' when the evenin' comes
Watching the ships roll in
Then I watch 'em roll away again, yeah
I'm sittin' on the dock of the bay
Watchin' the tide roll away, ooh
I'm just sittin' on the dock of the bay
Wastin' time..."

Re: Can't Guard Mike

A botched surgery and a misdiagnosed toe injury. Maybe it's time for some fans to take a step back and consider that the issues with Thomas fall directly on the team instead of the player.

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas has missed extensive time over the last three years due to a series of lower-leg injuries, and he’s made his frustrations with that experience very clear. Between a botched tightrope surgery on one ankle and a misdiagnosed toe injury in his other foot, he has plenty to take issue with.
