Nah. we've already invested heavily in Derek Carr and I don't expect a top draft pick at QB. If Hooker is there in the third then heck yes!

That's a reason to grow the game across the globe and increase the potential player pool. They need solid farm leagues to develop players. |

So, we had decent depth last year, and as you say injuries happen across the league, but then why do they happen more to us? And if not more often than other teams then why is our depth so shallow? I'll tell you why? We only draft five players a year. There is no competition at the back end of the roster, fighting for a spot. We keep drafting like we're one player away but in reality we are several supporting players away from having decent depth to make a playoff run. |
