He was injured all of last year and had a new OC and a terrible O-line. All of that being said I never thought of him being a top 10 pick. I still wouldn't mind having him because dude is tough AF and his teammates love him. He does hold the ball too long but he had absolutely no time last year.

I still wouldn't want him at #40. Carr only just turned 32. He is very likely a better QB than any of these coming out this year will ever be. All we need now at QB is someone to take over Winston's backup job holding the clipboard for five or six years.
