this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Pete Carmichael now has Olave, Shaheed, Taysom Hill, MT (assuming he is 100 at some point this season) Jamaal, Juwan & DCarr + player "X" (possibly on offense) in the draft. No excuses for Allen in a very weak NFC ...

No excuses for Allen in a very weak NFC South division. But then again, all teams look good on paper. |

When I said he was Brees 2.0, I didn't mean he was going to be Brees 2.0. I meant the acquisition was like Brees 2.0. I still think he's going to surprise people and could end up being one of the top QBs in the league. I should have been clear about what I meant. I mean even as QBs their style is very different.

We're the underdog this year. We're being picked to win the division by default. Everybody thinks we'll be garbage. That's when we're at our best: flying under the radar.
