Draft Week - Final Picks

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I predict that BakoSaint will post in excess of 1000 comments displaying his hatred of Mickey Loomis between now and the 2024 draft. Like my chances....

Good article here showing that over the past ten years the Saints have had among the most active players, primary starters, Pro Bowl and All-Pro players drafted from the first three rounds in the entire league.

According to this info, Denverís analytical tools being way ahead of New Orleans (according to Sean Payton) have resulted in less draft success over the last three rounds of the last ten drafts? Ok.

Nobody has said Denver's analytical tools were way ahead of the Saints'. Relax. There's nothing there.

Why do you think Iím not relaxed Francis? Payton is the one who said it (fine, he said ahead, not ďwayĒ ahead). Just because I recognize a slight doesnít mean iím not relaxed about it. Why donít you relax about my take?

"Francis" was directed toward the paranoid Saints fans on Twitter that think everything is always an attack or a slight. It gets comical at times.

I think they go with whomever is highest on their board. There are still quite a few high profile veteran free agents out there to fill holes and we have the cap space. I don't think need is going to be driving their draft unless it matches their board.

Re: Draft Week - Final Picks

I'm really liking the running back from Syracuse, Sean Tucker. He's projected to go on the last day of the draft, if at all. He has good vision, quickness to the hole, speed, and can put his head down to get an extra yard or two.
