You couldn't find it because it didn't exist out there yet. The video was never shared prior to its introduction months later. ” This is a lie. Two users here have said they saw it at the time. It may have been taken down quickly, but it was shown. You are a LIAR if you maintain I did not it see it at the time of the incident because I did. By denying my testimony you are saying I’m being untruthful. F-you “my friend”. |

Wow! I'm sure we're all convinced you are telling the truth to the best of your knowledge. Undeniable! But all the rest of us finally got to see the video months later. Doesn't change anything. The kid with a spotless record made a mistake in friends and most likely learned from it. And, some jerk made a bunch of money off of it. |

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
I think the confusion over the timing of the video release was because of the police statement describing the content. Reports started spreading about those details and people assumed that the video had already been made public and then believed they themselves had seen that video. It's basically the Mandela effect.
I actually spent hours searching for any sign of the video after I heard about it. I'm always online searching out Saints news. There is no evidence that the video was ever shared before it showed up for everyone everywhere weeks or more later. |

None of that changes what was shown actually in the video when it was finally released. I just watched it again. Kamara was not involved in any of the kicking or stomping. He had already backed off. But even that doesn't matter. I understand that nothing will ever allow you to forgive the kid for that one mistake in his life. That's fine. Just please except the fact most of the rest of us have and will continue to do just that. Now can we please just move along, Boston, and get back to football? |

I'd place the total at 2.5 games and I'd say "under". I think he gets 2 games for "Personal Conduct".

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
While most NFL teams are getting ready for the start of training camp, Saints nation is speculating how many games our knucklehead superstar RB is gonna have to serve in 2023.
I never expected any jail time but that suspension is coming. Hopefully he sits SOONER rather than later. Sad really. |

Of course, it would be better for Alvin Kamara to start the year on a suspension, and then come back fresh and motivated. Ideally, it would be a total of four games lost after an appeal but the shield might think they took a shot to their brand/image, since it occurred at the Pro Bowl. We'll see. |
Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
Who knows what the league will do.
Reason I say “sooner rather than later” is because after week 8, the schedule is full of NFC opponents & playoff implications will become crucial. We need all hands on deck & divisional games are tough regardless of records. To be continued… |

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
I think there will be a small suspension. I think most things in the NFL work by quid pro quo and the Saints switched their vote to save Goodell’s Thursday night football project. It might look bad to not suspend Kamara at all but I expect a 2-4 game suspension. No suspension is possible. If the suspension is long the Saints would logically go back to a hard no on all Goodell’s initiatives and then Goodell and the Saints burned the Jets for nothing.

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
The good thing is we have the pieces in place to account for his absence during whatever suspension period he gets.

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
Kamara's involvement in his encounter was obviously not as serious as some detractors made it out to be. Two other players just got slapped with six game suspensions under the same personal conduct policy for things clearly deemed more egregious.

Re: Kamara pleads no contest to misdemeanor charge
Classy young man. Proud to have him as a Saint.
ALVIN KAMARA ADDRESSES THINGS Kamara met with the media for over 20 minutes following practice, and he started by getting everything out in the open. He took accountability and responsibility, not looking for any pity and also talking about losing things financially and in the realm of friendships. "Poor judgment on my end, definitely a bad decision, but I'm a man," Kamara said following practice. "Anything I've ever done in my life, I've stood on and I can take accountability for. I can say when I'm wrong, and I was completely wrong. I embarrassed the Saints, I embarrassed my family and my mother, I embarrassed myself, I embarrassed this city and I embarrassed the NFL." |
