I\'m not going to get caught up in a \"Is Brooks worth the money\" argument again because I\'ve stated my case and only the season will prove me right or wrong. But if I were you Saintz08, I would stop using preseason numbers to base your arguments on. Everyone knows that preseason stats mean absolutely nothing as it is a time for experimentation and looking at the backups. Here\'s some other preseason QB ratings:

Brett Favre - 72.8
Donavan McNabb - 75.3
Peyton Manning - 49.8
Brian Griese - 62.9

Now are you telling me that you wouldn\'t want any of the above on your team?

Here\'s some more numbers:

Doug Pederson (Favre\'s backup) - 103.9
Danny Wuerffel - 117.4
Tim Hasselback (McNabb\'s backup) - 104.4
Brock Huard (Manning\'s backup) - 107.6
Kelly Holcomb (Couch\'s backup) - 122.5

Now are you telling me that you would want any of the above guys as your starter?
