Guess it could be worse. We could be broncos fans. SP guided them to a 70-20 loss.

Re: Saints @ Packers Game Day Thread
They do... All factors are the same... one thing changed, same o-line, same play calling. It is not just Winston, but honestly our D balled again, but with our style of D we can't be on the field for the whole quarter. From a team morale standpoint , it is a momentum killer when you lose your QB. If you put yourself in a position that you give up a 17 point lead and depend on a final FG, shame on you. Doesn't negate the fact that Winston sucks.

Re: Saints @ Packers Game Day Thread
If Carr is down for any length of time I hope JW answers affirmative to all of our questions.
The Oline is only enforcing concerns we have had. Will they improve? With each week that hopefully outlook goes fades further back in the rear view mirror. |

Re: Saints @ Packers Game Day Thread
Saints reporters on Twitter have just said - Carr is expected to be out for a length of time.
Apparently he's in the local hospital, undergoing x-rays for potential internal injuries.... |

Re: Saints @ Packers Game Day Thread
So with Winston, I will say that he has a tendency to zone in on one receiver and zip it.
Playing that like obviously negates a bit of the pressure getting to him, but we've all seen his other tendencies when he gets rattled. Dennis Allen and Pete C need to own this Loss, because they did absolutely nothing in the 2nd half to ignite this team. |
