Listening to analysts around the league on coaches who underperform (players too), I never understood the “it’s too early” angle.

When is it “too late” on Carmichael?

Inept coaching, play calling and design was the reason why
this team missed the post season in 2022. And the Saints had every
opportunity to TAKE the division.

It’s already starting to look like a repeat THIS season.

Now that I can see. The whole problem would be continuity at this point and that solves that issue. You can't bring in someone at this time and change everything. But you can change how what you have is used.
