Obviously LD Bell (Allen) is going to learn the hard way.
He's the common denominator & part of the problem. Carmichael should have been let go after last season. Don't want to make changes, fine your choice. With this roster, any failures (losing record, miss post season), fire em all. |

Picking Dennis Allen and thinking you've got a good football coach is like picking a Tickle Me Elmo doll and thinking you've found artificial intelligence.

Re: COACH ALLEN SAYS “NO STAFF CHANGES FORTHCOMING…”
I'm watching this interview now this guy is something else, A injured Carr is better than sending a healthy Jameis who is familiar out there? OK cool, He also stated not attacking the middle of the field hasn't been scheme but based on what the defense has been doing, why is the defense dictating our offense, and he never really addressed the "problem" on offense it's going on a year since we scored 30pts, he knows it's Pete he's just delusional

As I have stated, I think Allen is a great DC. He's a pisspoor head coach though and runs the team like he's a guy that works for the suicide prevention hotline.

Re: COACH ALLEN SAYS “NO STAFF CHANGES FORTHCOMING…”
Dennis Allen is not the common denominator. Dennis Allen does not make hiring and firing decisions. If I got a job, **** all over my desk for 2.5 years, burned the place down, then some genius called my references and heard everything and hired me again, and then I **** all over the new office for 1.5 years, and they bought me matches and gasoline as a reward for my dedicated service, who would blame me for cashing the paychecks? I wouldn't do anything like that. But Mickey Loomis and Dennis Allen have. Mickey Loomis is the common denominator from Haslett and Brooks to Allen and Carr, with an accidental success 17 years ago in hiring Payton. Allen needs to go, but Loomis makes hiring and firing decisions, and if Loomis finds this offense acceptable, its obvious he has to go. Instead Loomis is backing his drinking buddies and they are all popping up a cap on another Old Milwaukee while the rest of the league innovates.
