Right.

Especially after this team stunk it up in back to back games.

Allen has done NOTHING (sub .500) long term as HC.

Bill has the record and skins on the wall.

Greatness is complicated. As a GM Al Davis won 3 Super Bowls, an AFL Championship, an additional AFC Championship, 15 division championships, and hired 4 rookie head coaches who went on to win Super Bowls. In his first 20 years he was the best GM in the league. Then for awhile he was mediocre and his ego caused him to clash with talented head coaches and give up too early. Then he was the worst GM in the league and just wanted to build a team to run track races and throw deep because he felt lucky. Al Davis had his day. Probably Bill Belichick has too. Dennis Allen and Pete Carmichael will likely never had theirs, but a ton more spending does buy enough mediocre competence to win a battle of mediocre teams.

Pete Carmichael needs the feedback from coaches that the media and fans are giving him. Be creative! The plays are in the play book. Just pick the right group of plays that work today.

Did not see 1 play action call I’m guessing PC accidentally deleted those pages from the playbook.

No 5 wide. No motion. Receivers in the same area. Holding on big plays. Ends in a sack. Same ****.

Luckily in the playoffs, halftime is 2+ weeks long so PC will have adequate time to process and accept feedback from the media and fans to make any needed adjustments he could not have come up with on his own.

If Pete doesn't get the memo after all the critique he's received this week then he's hopeless.
