I am pretty sure that in France they call Mac Jones a Royale with Cheese.

Historically DA is pretty good at beating teams with sketchy QB situations starting a rookie, journeyman, or lame duck with no job security for next season. That is most of our season, but that is not the playoffs. But this year we are 2-2 playing 100% those kinds of QBs and its not clear we can win enough with that to even get to the playoffs where we would face the kinds of QBs that typically spell doom for DA.

Didn't we beat Bill Belichick's mini-me Josh McDaniels 24-0 last year. Maybe we are just really good against their shared legacy playbook. Maybe this means we will give Mac Jones $150 million next year.

Regardless, at least we are dominating someone in one game. You can't have a winner and dominate nobody.

I think Bill Belichick may retire from football after this year. He is just done. He no longer has it as a coach or a GM. He will probably take some front office figurehead position. Sure he missed on a QB in the draft, that can happen to anyone, but honestly he is missing on players throughout the offense and on coaches and no longer has the buy in with players himself either.
