Also, there is no salary cap for coaches and they salaries are small compared to players, a new coach would cost us less than Ruiz or Granderson. Maybe less than Juwon Johnson. It makes the most sense to replace the coach who is historically worse than Carr or Winston, has had more than twice as many games here to prove himself, and is financially easier to replace, and to see how Carr does with different coaching, and if Carr goes down how Winston or Haener does. I hope Haener is the next Brock Purdy or whatever but the odds are strongly against it. The hit rate on mid to late round QB's becoming stars has to be something like 1 in 20 and nobody in our building has identified a diamond in the rough at QB in 17 years. If there is any chance to keep any QB healthy it involves improved oline play, and against the cheapest possibility for improving oline play is new coaching.

Gayle Benson isn't afraid to spend money on the team and is happy writing checks to help them win. She considers it an investment I guess. Spend money on a good coach but not from inhouse. Our system is broken and hasn't worked since Drew was in his prime. It's past time to find a new coach!

18-42… I may beat a dead horse, but his pencil lips keep flapping at Pressers.

Dennis Allen's vaunted defense sh1t the bed Vs a good QB.

Jags averaged 9.1 yards per play at one point.

Offense is the same old story.

Jimmy Graham brought in to stand on the sideline, Jamaal Williams not getting meaningful touches. When they both excel in the redzone, exactly where our issues are.

I was excited for the Carr signing, really not sure what's happened. Get rid of PC first, bench Olave. If Carr doesn't improve then it's time to admit failures and move on.

DA - 18 and 42 as a head coach. How did Mickey think continuity was more important than proven success?

Done with this whole staff.

Actually I think it’s 18-43. Lol.

Still I liked what I saw in the 4th. Not enough for me to want PC next week. But the defense is still good and the offense is less offensive. Lol

Oh well. Lame team. Lame coach.
