The hit rate on mid to late round QB's becoming stars has to be something like 1 in 20 and nobody in our building has identified a diamond in the rough at QB in 17 years. If there is any chance to keep any QB healthy it involves improved oline play, and against the cheapest possibility for improving oline play is new coaching.

I was excited for the Carr signing, really not sure what's happened. Get rid of PC first, bench Olave. If Carr doesn't improve then it's time to admit failures and move on.
