I mean he’s 18-41 overall throughout his head coaching career with the Saints and Raiders.

Trust me I’m not making an excuse for the guy. He seems like a solid DC. But he can’t seem to get it together as a HC.

That said, I think he’s going to get a lot more pressure to change OCs if the Saints continue to lose. IMO he’s gonna lose the locker room soon if he hasn’t already.

Technically that's not right. He's the Saints Head Coach. He has an career 18-41 record. 4 years of those games were with the Radiers. As the Saints Head coach he currently 10-13. Still not over .500. But certainly not 18-41.

Problem is, that half dead horse will still be huffing and puffing on the sidelines as Head Coach Thursday Night, if not maybe two or three more seasons.
