The New Orleans Saints travel to Indianapolis to play the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium at noon. The Saints hope to turn around a 2 game losing streak after a heartbreaking loss at home against the Jaguars last week. Gardner Minshew will start at Quarterback for the Colts coming off a heartbreak loss of their own last week to the Cleveland Browns.

Unfortunately this game feels like an Indy win, 27-20
The nails are being hammered into the coffin. |

Re: Saints at Colts Gameday Thread
I think we will win like 60/40 but I don't think this is the win that will prepare us for the playoffs. Indy is not a great team and Gardner Minshew is the kind of QB this team was built to beat. But it would not surprise me if we lose a close game either. We are mediocrity. Derek Carr is the new David Carr. Michael Thomas is the new Jarvis Landry. Dennis Allen is the new Dom Capers, without the one good season.

Re: Saints at Colts Gameday Thread
I don't like these announcers making excuses for Carr about how it just takes time to gel in a new system. Andy Dalton figured it out faster and Derek Carr is being paid to be better than Andy Dalton.

Re: Saints at Colts Gameday Thread
I read somewhere that the Colts have scored 20 or more points every game this year.
Defense will have its hands full with Taylor and Moss at RB. If they don't get any turnovers or rattle Minshew, this game will be over very quickly. Likewise if the offense does the normal stuff, this game could get out of hand very, very quickly. |
