Despite the fact that these coaches aren't leaders of men, I think the most egregious failure is Carmichael. He should be able to do something with this offense but it suuucks. |

At the very least, get Carmichael out of New Orleans now. Hire Gruden. The last time Carr played well was with Gruden. It would piss off Goodell too so that’s an added bonus.

I actually thought of a way to get the ref monkey off our back. Hire some exec who is in tight with the league and refs as new GM to replace Loomis. He doesnt have to make a lot of football decisions and he can retire in 5 years. But that might get the refs off our back for good. Or maybe Goodell has some brother or nephew we can hire. |
