Is the QB position changing? More young talent?

Been saying we need to play "Pretty Boy" Haener ... he's better than the kid playing in LV.

Haener has all the factors that next years QB's have. The great thing is we don't have to draft another QB with him in already in the building after almost a full year learning the system. We just need someone to develop him. And no, that person isn't in the building!
