Cam Jordan had decent numbers as a rookie though. Not to mention he is an IRON MAN. Played in all 16 games - season one.

Isaiah needs to ice up with the conditioning & get in some meaningful reps for 2024.

Granderson needs help off the edge :bng:

Senior Bowl practice live updates: Top 2024 NFL draft risers

The Saints scouts MUST hit on this 2024 Draft Class.

No duds, slackers, projects or guys with questionable medicals :rolleyes:.

My thought process in round 1 is to find a QUALITY STARTER (see Olave), anything above and beyond is lagniappe.

But we have four 5th round picks and two 6th round picks. You can still pick up quality players in the 5th and 6th rounds (OG, RB, S, TE etc), but most likely projects at LT, QB, WR.

Big 10 offensive lineman of the Year, doesn't give up sacks.

"Experts" predict he will become a quality LT at the next level.

Fun fact : Isaiah Foskey, Trevor Penning, Payton Turner & Marcus Davenport were all past Senior bowl participants ...

Maybe we shouldn't look too hard at this one :rolleyes: ... jk, jk.
Starting around the 3:48 mark Jeff talks highly about Penning. He kinda of "hints" at possibly moving him INSIDE? IDK coach, this guy is borderline bust material.

This will be year #3.

There's nothing to stop us from moving up into the 3rd and/or 4th rounds if there's someone we really want. And not to mention, we have a full compliment of 2025 draft picks to play with, as well.

I do fear this team puts too much stock into the Senior Bowl and not enough into the player's full track record and college production. Gotta be careful with recency bias.
